History
It is funny how things start. A buddy at Red Lobster asked for Stuart to help him install a garage door in a barn. They cut an entry into the side of the barn, framed it, and put in a garage door. Five years later in 1991, Stuart liked the work so much he decided to start his own business installing and repairing garage doors and openers. He asked his partner in crime, Vonda, to join him. They traveled together as a husband-wife team, fixing doors and openers all over the Denver Metro area. In 2005 they changed their name to Lakewood Garage Door and continued to grow ever since.
